Staff Bios

Kyli Davis
Owner; Director
Ms. Kyli has been dancing and in the arts for over 15 years. She has been dancing and competing since she was 12. She has choreographed many award winning competition numbers and helped train dancers that have taken their carrers to a professional level. After receiving her BA Degree from California State Bakersfield in Education, she moved on to San Diego where she became an NFL cheerleader for the San Diego Chargers. Kyli has always loved the arts and wanted to help inspire young dancers the love for dance and the arts out of her own dance studio, Dancers Turnout Academy.


Georgia Peck
Mrs. Georgia, a former professional dancer in acrobats, ballet and show dancing has been in the dance industry for over 30 years. She has an expert eye for the talented. Georgia graduated with a BA from Sac State with a minor in dance. She has traveled all around the world dancing. Formerly, a dance studio owner, Georgia now teaches Ballet and tap at DTA. When she not teaching shes usually traveling to watch her daughter Tiler who is a professional ballerina in New York or watching her oldest daughters soccer teams.

Tiler Peck
Tiler Peck began dance lessons at the age of two in her hometown of Bakersfield, California. Her serious training began at the age of six under the instruction of her mother, Georgia Peck. Tiler gained her first professional ballet experience at the age of nine, as The Nutcracker's Clara in Universal Studio's Radio City Rockettes Show. She eventually moved to New York City to perform in Broadway's The Music Man. She currently trains at the School of American Ballet, where her regular teachers are Kay Mazzo, Suki Schorer and Susan Pilarre. In Fall 2003, Tiler was in the Marzipan Corps in the Stamford, Connecticut production of The Nutcracker, performed with the New York City Ballet in Chipiniana, and danced the lead Russian Girl in Serenade at the New York City Ballet's Opening Night Gala. At the March 2004 New Choreographic Institute she performed a new piece by Albert Evans. Recently she performed in a New York City Ballet seminar, entitled, Balanchine and Ballet Technique with Merrill Ashley, Kay Mazzo, and Suki Schorer. Tiler is also a recipient of the Mae L. Wien Award. 

 



Julian Turner
Mr. Julian has been dancing and competitnng since age 9. He stared out performing and soon realized dance was his passion and began competing then soon choreographing. Julian has been featured on hit shows such as So you Think You Can Dance & has choreographed many award winning numbers. Mr. Julian currently teaches hiphop, jazz / modern and jumps & turns.

Devin Gardea
Mrs. Devin has been in the dance industry for over 15 years. She grew up dancing and competing with a specialty in tap. She loves the art of dance and loves working with kids, especially the little ones. Mrs. Devins love for dance amd strong leadership skills show in her teaching.


Taryn Green
Ms. Taryn has been dancing since age 3.Origionally from Northern California, Ms. Taryn now lives in Bakersfield where she received her BA in education from California State University. Her ability to work with and teach kids certainly shows in her classroom.


Jamie Wofford
Ms Jamie has been dancing and competing since she was a little girl. Ms Jamie is from Southern Cal where she started dancing when she was a little girl. Jamie has won several outstanding dancer awards as well as several overall placements at different competitions. She is a beautiful dancer and wants to help share her love for dance and outstanding technique by teaching at DTA.
